Parkhotel Dials into New Guest Services
Located in the city center of the Hague (the Netherlands) lies Parkhotel Den Haag, a quiet, upscale oasis for business and leisure travelers. The Parkhotel has built a brisk business by virtue of its attentive service, customer focus, comfortable beds, well-made cappuccinos, and incredible location. These days, however, such qualities alone do not form an adequate basis for brand differentiation.
