Nevotek delivers Advanced IP Telephony Guest Services to Divan Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey

The prestigious Divan Hotel as a member of the Summit Hotels chain, located in the very heart of Istanbul, where the Turkish hospitality tradition is nurtured across generations is situated on one of the 7 hill summits of Istanbul. In partnership with Nevotek, Cisco and Koc.Net, Divan Hotel management is, yet again, raising the bar in hospitality by transforming its separate legacy network infrastructure into a state-of-the-art converged IP services platform.

Whilst V/IP Suite application has been fully deployed, Cisco IP-Phones are being gradually deployed in hotel's 179 guest rooms. Divan is now able to provision, via the Cisco IP Phones and Nevotek V/IP Suite the type of business-related services that would be expected from a premier hotel:

● High speed Ethernet for guests’ PC
● Billing, E-mail, Wake-up, Staff & Guest Service
● Advertisements on telephone screens
● Reservations of hotel facilities via the IP-Phone screen
● On-line weather, currency rate, stock quotes, local information
● Multi-lingual wake-up calls and voice mail via unified messaging

Nevotek delivers Sigma-5 IP Telephony Call Accounting and Billing System to Aygaz in Istanbul, Turkey

Turkey’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) market leader Aygaz is Europe’s 2nd largest LPG distributor in a country. In line with its target to “become a European brand”, Aygaz has been exporting LPG since the end of 2001. Aygaz LPG equipment and products, produced at Aygaz Gas Appliances Production Facilities, are exported over 25 nations.

Aygaz have recently migrated to a Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure at its headquarters. Utilising Nevotek Sigma-5 application, Aygaz is now able to keep track of all calls made by individual users and/or groups of users, thus do the relevant accounting through a flexible rating engine. The solution benefits include :

14-15 May 2003 Nevotek Corporate awarded by Cisco Systems the Strategic Alliance of The Year title at Partner Power 2003 in Istanbul, Turkey.
	Nevotek participated in both the Partner Power and the Cisco Expo events in Istanbul, Turkey. The award was granted on the successfull delivery of Cisco certified-Nevotek product range.

	24 April 2003 Nevotek Quasar application was awarded a gold certification by Cisco Systems Russia at the second International Bestidea IP Telephony Contest in Almaty, Kazakhstan.	24 April 2003 Nevotek V/IP Suite application was selected by Cisco Systems as the Application of the Month.

Nevotek performed a successfull marketing activity at the 9th International Autoshow 2003 in Istanbul, Turkey. Advertisements were pushed upon XML screens of Cisco 7940 and 7960 IP-Phones by Nevotek Paloma application.

Nevotek Quasar application for Qil&Gas Market was demonstrated at Cisco Manufacturers Event in Moscow, Russia. Representatives of major oil companies in the CIS region were introduced to the application.

Hotel guests are currently able to send their voice messages attached to an e-mail directly from the Cisco IP-Phone. With the addition of this new feature of Nevotek V/IP Suite, guests will enjoy receiving e-mails, as well. Available with version 1.3.2.
