Nevotek Sigma-5 is an efficient, easy to install
and use call accounting & billing application specifically created
for Cisco Call Manager. While particularly being targeted for
hospitality, campus and business park environments, it is also a
very cost-effective solution for small Enterprises. Sigma-5 keeps
track of all calls made by every single user in the network.
Besides, it gives extended options for calculating and reporting the
call costs made by not only the individual users, yet also by groups
of users through multiple tariffs and carriers.
In the Hospitality sector, call charges are
directly billed into the guest’s account at the Hotel's Property
Management System (PMS) in accordance with the pricing strategy of
the hotel operator. While in an Enterprise environment, call costs
can be monitored real-time. Flexible reporting functions create
clear reports of phone usage over a pre-defined period of time. The
