Management of the Adagio™ system is performed through a Web-based interface.
  Administrators can perform their daily operations through the Web
  End-users can access to their mailboxes and their personal settings.
  A powerful script editor allows system integrators and Adagio administrator to customize mailboxes per tenant and indeed per individual user.

User's can access to their messages either by calling their own number or through the web interface. Adagio's innovative web interface makes it very efficient to process the messages and administer mailboxes. Should a web environment not be accessible to the user, then classical ways of accessing mailbox set-up is available using the phone a the user interface.
Adagio™ provides customization per tenant/user and capitalizes on the economy of scale.
Adagio™ runs on a Cisco MCS server or any equivalent Windows 2000 server platform.
Adagio™ provides Service Providers a reliable, cost-effective and scalable platform to provide voice mail services to tenants using Cisco Call Manager. It also delivers basic voice mail functionality and is therefore easy-to-use for a wide audience.
On the other hand, user training need is minimal. Adagio™'s unprecedented scalability means that it suitable for both the small to medium business as well as large corporate users.

Multi-tenant Support
The power of Adagio™ lies in the fact that it perfectly supports multi-tenant environments running a single Cisco Call ManagerÔ cluster with several IP-Telephony partitions.
It distributes the same Quality of Service across each tenant by allowing the administrator to logically assign tenant mailbox space.
Since multi-tenant partitions are all mapped into the same voice-mail system, only one single partitioned voice-mail server is required. Multiple Cisco Call Manager clusters are also supported.
