Text messages and pictures with sound messages are pushed upon the XML browser display of selected IP-Phones. In order to make the IP-Phones and Cisco Call Manager comprehend, pictures in jpeg, gif and bmp format are converted into cip files wheras sound files with waw extension are converted into raw files and sent through, accordingly.
A typical deployment scenario would be a Hotel/Shopping Mall Operator sends advertisements to the IP-Phone screens of choice where each assigned with an appropriate audio file.

Attach a telephone number that is relevant to the message. The receiving party may call this number directly by pressing the soft button which is displayed with the message
Nevotek Reminder Call
This application acts as a reminder and calls you at the preset time entered through the phone display.
Nevotek Contact Dialer
Retrieves information from the user's Outlook Contacts Database and dials the selected telephone number on Cisco IP-Phone versions 7940/7960. While being easily installed on any Windows client platform, it eliminates the need to have a third party software installed beforehand; e.g. licencing for TSP.
Nevotek Flight Status
IP-Phone users are enabled to check the online flight status of any airline whose details are available on Internet. The users can place a search for the airlines based on location and flight number.

With this application, a user can call another user by saying his/her name after pressing the "Call by Name" icon on the screen.

Nevotek Call Forwarding
The system enables the IP-Phone users to forward incoming calls to a certain phone number under conditions like “busy” and “no answer”. Additionally, the users are also enabled to change their PIN Code of the Call Manager’s extension mobility feature by themselves.

The system enables the IP-Phone users to check the real-time status of stock values and cross-currency exchange rates. The customer is required to have an agreement with Bloomberg, thus this application retrieve the online data on a periodical basis.
Nevotek Exchange E-mail Reader
The system enables the IP-Phone users to read their e-mails stored at the MS-Exchange Server. The XML screen of the IP-Phones are utilised to display the e-mails listed in their original folders.
